What’s the process like when buying with a personal shopper? Is it similar to buying with an SA from boutiques?

Yes very similar! I shop all through text with her but she is very responsive and sweet. Sent me several pictures of bags she had in stock and then found the exact one I wanted. Sometimes the department stores are able to obtain things the boutiques don't have.
