Russell and Bromley - quality?

I've spotted a pair of boots I really like in R&B, but I've seen quite a few reviews around the internet saying that the quality of their shoes has declined and that they're not worth the money. Does anyone have any R&B shoes, and what would your opinion be on how well-made they are? Thank you!

It very much depends on which particular shoes you buy as they have many different suppliers.

Considering the prices, and that most designs are inspired by designers anyway, I would rather buy the originals and have less and better
