Rue La La shopping experience?

I have ordered from them and was pretty happy with the product. Tomorrow I will be ordering from them again (cross my fingers). I love linens and they seem to have a pretty good flow of items.
 
excellent experience. bought a miu miu harlequin, dior sunglasses, vera bradley stuff, all came quick, and mint condition.

i'd email them if you have questions about shipping, they will respond quick.
 
It might take a while to ship; my items didn't get shipped til a week after I ordered, which was also the case for Editor's Closet too. They should have had an estimated arrival date when you ordered - my items arrived on the day they estimated they would. :)
 
Thanks for your inputs, Ladies. I contacted customer services and they can't offer any explanation regarding the delay. They just said they will investigate. I guess I was just getting used to having my orders shipped within a couple of days and in this case, they are taking their time. As long as they don't cancel my order I will just be more patient. :confused1:
 
I ordered and paid for two day shipping and it got sent ground. I called to complain and was told they woudl reduce my shipping charge to regular ground charges. I gave them an ear full and they credited me for my entire ship charge. Hopefully my AG jeans get here before I leave for my vacation. Since they were supposed to be here MOnday the 4th.

ETA: Also they transferred me to a Supervisor and at one point she said to me, "We at Smart Bargains value you as a customer...." Are the sites related???
 
well, i ordered a few weeks ago myself but the estimated arrival time's not for until the end of august. i'm not sure why it's taking so long, but i guess they let me know so i'm not wondering about it.
 
OK, Update on my order:
I ordered 3 pairs of AG jeans to be sent 2day express. Fast forward a few days, and my jeans hadnt gotten here so I called DHL who told me they were sent ground.

So I called Rue La La and they offered to refund me extra money I'd paid for 2 day and just charge me for regular ground. I asked for a supervisor. I told the supervisor that I ordered it 2 day so it would get here before I leave town for a month. That refunding me the difference in the shipping cost wasn't really enough. So they credited me my whole shipping fee.

Fast forward to today, over a week since my order and now my order is LOST in the mail. (Why I never order anything ground) I'm leaving town shortly and no jeans. So they are just crediting me back my money. I'm kind of sad because I really wanted the jeans.

I wont be shopping there again.
