Saks purchased Gilt, but Rue La La now just bought Gilt from Saks. They're already making changes on the Gilt site and I expect to see the two sites merged soon.
Totally bummed about the merger... Gilt doesn’t have anything good anymore. They usually had a good supply of Missoni, McQueen and Prada that was always available, but since the merger it’s all gone... I checked the Off The Fifth site and what little of it crossed over now costs significantly more... and Gilt is starting to be Rue La La light... :/
