Rue La La is a daily addiction! They've had Burberry, Chanel, Tiffany jewelry, pretty much any big designer you can imagine and most of their stuff is more than 1/2 off the original. They package it perfectly and free shipping every 30 days if you pay one time fee of $9.95.

I've only made one purchase on Ruelala--it was for an item in a Danang sale that was sold out. I added myself to the waiting list and added my billing info--a couple months later I saw that they charged me and I received it a few days after. I was so excited that the item became available because when I used the waitlist I never expected it to actually be able to buy the item!

I've ordered a handful of times for them (mostly clothing) and everything has been legit. Unfortunately, this past time when I bought a Tory Burch bracelet it arrived missing a stud and just not looking of the same quality her stuff usually is. Rue is accepting my return of course. I'll be more discerning of their stuff in the future after reading this!

I love Rue. I've made a number of purchases from them and have had great experiences. Recently I purchased two items from their Sunday Night Styleathon and had issues with both, and their customer service reps resolved both problems very professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Rue.

I had been a loyal customer, but I've been very disappointed with RLL lately. Orders were delayed for more than a month and calls to CS were useless. They were not able to tell me the status of the order even though the status in "My Orders" showed that that the expected delivery had already passed.

I also ordered some shoes that didn't match the photos, but they would not take them back because they were Final Sale. I understand FS, but they should look like what you order. Very disappointed...

Just an update - after I exchanged another email with RLL, they decided to offer a one time exception to allow me to return a final sale. I'm so glad they did and wanted to make sure to tell you all!! =)

I have same question about RLL and authenticity. That post about the fake fendi has me worried! They have had a few sales on proenza schouler bags but now i am worried about them shipping without dust bag or certificates (and they are final sale). Has anyone gotten a PS bag from Rue and was it real?

I ordered a Proenza bag on RLL (the PS1 chain wallet). After ordering it I found out about the fakes thing & was really worried so I had it authenticated here on TPF. It turned out to be real so I'm thrilled with the bargain. It came with a box, but no dustbag or authenticity card (honestly I didn't know PS bags had one?). I was upset not to get a dustbag but Ruelala claimed this style doesn't come with one. They're probably lying to me but oh well, I'm just using an extra dustbag from another brand. I would still make sure to have any future purchases from there authenticated though, you can never be too safe these days apparently.

I've had great experiences with RueLaLa. They offer some pretty good deals and the items arrive quickly. As for customer service, I only had to use it once to make a return and had no problems.

Fakes on Rue?! That's scary! So glad I just happened across this thread. I buy from them all the time and almost snagged a Balenciaga there...glad I didn't do it!

I will say their Customer Service is a joke. I purchased $450 worth of items from a Sunday Night Styleathon, and when the box arrived it was someone else's ~$20 order with my shipping label. I had to call customer service more than a dozen times and it still took over two months to get my refund. Of course, they never located my actual order. :yucky:

I did a quick search and couldn't find any post on it.

Does anyone hate the $9 shipping?

I don't buy all that often so a month could go by and I won't have bought anything else. It also makes your items almost $10 more.

I wanted to buy a Lilly Pulitzer dress today but with shipping it was almost $50.
