Has Leti had work done recently?
I have read that she's had things done in the past and wonder if she has had more done recently. Maybe she just looks thin and drawn due to the seriousness of the occasion.

While the colors may look off, the style is perfect for Camilla and Bea looks amazing!

Letizia always looks thin & drawn, imo. She is starting to look older than her years. I do think that once >40 one needs a layer of plumpness in the face which she just does not have. Her body fat % is very, very, very low.

It has been often speculated that she has had breast implants. If true, one can only imagine how gaunt she would look without them.

No one can be absolutely certain but yes I've read that she has breast implants.

It's also obvious to me (but still just my opinion) that she, like Queen Mathilde and Queen Rania and Princess Charlene (well Charlene has a new nose but I'm not certain about other procedures TBH) , regularly has some kind of procedure done on her face. Whether it's botox, chemical peel, micodermabrasion (sp?) though I'm not sure.

I love the dress on her. I've always loved her pictures...but I never realized she had such a "gummy" smile. I think she does better without the bright red lipstick - I understand that it matches the dress...but she would do better with a more subtle lip color.

She certainly doesn't look like she has had 3 children!

The Belgian royal family attended mass in memory of former King Baudouin's death 20 years ago. King Baudouin was the beloved husband of former Queen Fabiola. He died of heart failure at the age of 62. His brother King Albert II ascended to the throne after Baudouin's death. Albert's son King Philippe is now king of Belgium.

Queen Mathilde looks very pretty and appropriate though her coat looks a bit maternity IMO.

Queen Sofia, Crown Prince Felipe and Infanta Elena visit Andratx, Mallorca, Spain today. The area has been devastated by forest fires that were purposely set by a man 3 days ago. The royal visted fire control centers and firefighters.

Prince Charles and Camilla spent a rainy day at the Sandringham Flower show.

I love her outfit. The detail on the pleated skirt is lovely, and the jacket keeps her looking neat.
