Yes. Pricing is exactly the same. In fact its cheaper to shop in Italy if you're a tourist because you get a higher percentage of tax refund from Hermes
Oh my this is amazing! Which Hermes is better to shop at Milan or Rome? Was thinking about getting shoes and small leather goods and maybe a B.
Havent been to Milan so can't speak for that. Been to Rome and they dont't really sell Bs to walkins u less you drop a huge amount on watches or jewellery. You will find a good selection of SLGs and shoes in Rome. Have fun and update if you do manage to get a B!
You can expect impeccable service from both stores!
Concerning stock, it all depends on what is currently available. Both cities are main attractions for tourists and shopping aficionado. Milan is usually well stocked, so is Rome. Your chances of scoring more items, are maybe higher in Rome, after all it is the second biggest Hermès boutique in Europe after FSH. If you're also thinking on getting a B, try Naples too. It's just one hour away from Rome with the train.

The last time I went there (2 months ago) I saw 5 rodeo charms displayed between a couple of birkins, I was with a friend of mine so I didn't have the time to check cause I was shopping for scarves!!
I live in Milan and I have seen a lot of birkins in store on a table, I didn't ask to my friend SA because she was very very busy (I was there to say hi and again to see some cardholders and scarves), I am very attached to the store in Milan but the one in Rome is amazing, the right trick is to smile and to chat a lot with the SAs! I am roman and we love to chat with customers and receive compliments about the city

Naples is a really small store though. Might not have the SLGs and shoes that youre looking for.

I am trying not to travel to much for the Birkins but more see the city! But if I could go to one and get it all that would be great. So probably go to Rome and Milan.

Granted, I have not been looking for a B or K, but the service has been impeccable in both places and I usually get everything I'm looking for, especially in Rome. The SAs will go out of their way to help you if you are friendly and interested in H. Like most places, if it's all about the B/K, you may be less successful. I love shopping (and eating...and just about everything else!) in Italy. Have a wonderful trip!

Thanks! My friend lives about 45 mins from Milan so I at first was thinking a only shopping in Milan. But if I got to Rome I'll probably need to stay there for 2 days and then head over to Milan. Still trying to figure all that out. I want to look at some shoes, belts, leather slgs and bracelets. If I can score a B great if not oh well. But wouldn't hurt to try right?

Yeah! agree with you, I came back from Rome and Florence 1 month ago and I like the new boutique at Roma, bigger than the old one and SAs were friendly. I bought my Evelyne there too

In that case, you will not want to skip Venice!! In addition, the boutique has friendly and helpful SAs. I was not looking for a handbag on my last trip, but for a specific pair of shoes - past season, so unavailable. (But we did buy jewelry, silk, and a watch strap there.)
