I think you should visit the AD& try both the yellow gold and everose gold on your wrist rather than just thinking about it because sometimes it’s very difficult to make decision just based on our visualisation in our mind  it will help you making the decision on the size as well. usually after see them in person and try them on, you will know which one looks better on you and the one you prefer. I rarely wear yellow gold jewellery but the moment I tried on my two tone yellow gold date just my heart skipped a beat. Initially I planned to buy the 28mm but when tried it on my wrist, it looks a bit small. In the end, I ended up getting the 31mm because it’s the perfect size for my wrist.
I think you're 100% right. I'm going to try some on this evening. I'm torn on size as well - debating between a 31mm or 36mm. I have a 31mm Omega in stainless and love the size - but I also like a chunkier watch and I'm 5'9" so I think I can carry the 36 without it looking like I borrowed my husband's watch. I'll likely post mod shots for feedback once I try on a few. While I'm not normally a yellow gold person, I can see liking it in the TT.

I agree with this! I put on the watch (the one I ended up getting) and I got that "Marie Kondo" joy spark. You'll know!

You don't buy a Rolex to keep accurate time. You can do that using your mobile phone or an electronic watch. A Rolex is a piece of creation so you can enjoy every time you look at on your wrist. It's beautifully made, hardy and substantial. It keeps value very well because it's always desirable. It's something you can pass down in generations as an heirloom. Only buy if you absolutely love it though. Good luck deciding!
I had a doctor that told me that her rolex didn't keep good time and then she said that she tell time with it in the dark but she had diamond markers on her rolex. :confused1: I was like wow and what you said about using a mobile phone or an electronic watch if you need something to keep accurate time is correct and the next time that I had the visit that doctor she had an Apple Watch on, lol.

I've been asking this as well -- my desired Rolex is also a two-tone Everrose. But in looking at some pre-owned options, it seems Rolex has produced a rose gold variation for decades! The is giving me some reassurance that it is standing the test of time (no pun intended).
Speaking of the Rose gold variation by Rolex. They sell GMT Masters II in Two Tone and all Everrose AKA the Rootbeer. I love those two watches and I'm not a big Fan of Rose Gold on me.

Haven’t worn a watch or hardly any jewelry since March so have mixed feelings now LOL. I‘ve had to remind myself to wear earrings once in a while so my piercings don’t close up!
I wear my watch & earrings every day, even changing up the earrings. I feel I have to keep my life as normal as I can now, where even driving to the grocery store is an exciting thing.

My car's battery died this week from lack of driving so now I'm out on the road just cruising and looking at stuff. And wearing my Rolex so it can look out the window too!

So rolex just dropped some new colors and it has totally changed my mind.
I didn’t end up getting the black or blue in Amsterdam. But now I’m thinking about black, grey or the new green. My AD is going to order the last two for me to see.

Have you guys seen the green? What do you think about the new colors?

Hi ladies and gents!

A Rolex is something I’ve always dreamed of. It is beautiful, timeless, incredible mechanics, and the epitome of luxury. I have the cash but hey, let’s be frank: it’s a whole lot of money.

If you purchased one already, was it worth it according to monetary and your own happiness standards?

if you don’t have one but would like to buy one, do you think it will be worth the price tag?

Things to consider:
-These strange, uncertain times and weird economy
-Rolex increases the prices every 6 months by 8% according to my SA
-I’m in Europe for one more week and could get it tax free
-I’m unmarried, no kids. So in the near future I will not have as much disposable income?

Thank you all in advance for your candor!

I have the Oyster, i don't wear it, it seems a bit ostentatious, it was a graduation present, it is till in the box, wore it maybe twice, I would sell it but if you sell it 2nd hand, you don't really get anything near the price they are new. If you want one and will wear it a lot and it brings you joy, go for it, as an investment, I think not
