I looked at a black Rogue today and one of the clips was peeling just like what you are describing. The color underneath was a shiny rusty color.

I decided to pack it up and ship back today. It's a deep rusty orange residue on the strap. The residue is only on the chain on spots where leather is touching it. Not quite sure what it is but I'm assuming it would have only gotten worse with time.

I've been put back on bedrest until delivery and have been doing way too much online shopping out of boredom! I need to find a new book to read to occupy my time.

I have a chalk rouge with gunmetal hardware to. It's the Felix one. I got it on November 4th and haven't used it yet, if it does start to chip will they exchange or give credit for a new bag at my local boutique , I wouldn't want to risk it with the same hardware if it happens. I bought it from coach online. Thanks for any replies!

And.....I will hate if I see any hardware issues, but I will still keep. Reason I said that so strongly the first time is the fact I saw a comment from another poster acting like we all had gotten swindled by purchasing a Rogue.

I definitely did not get swindled. I wanted this bag and have purchased several. It's a wonderful bag! [emoji106] [emoji57]
