Also in case you are still looking for rogues in retail stores at the sale price, a San Antonio store still has the rogue 25 in chalk, black, and the rivets in olive and pale blue - North Star Mall @ 210-348-7010. Ask for Josh. This is the store that gave me free 2-day shipping.
Ok soooo, a few weeks ago i ordered the rouges 25 in black and oxblood and even though i loved them i had this thought that i was spending too much on handbags even though it was years since the last time i got a nice, quality leather bag so after having them for a few days i returned them, at first i was like oh whatever its just a bag, but since them i have missed them so damn much , that today i decided to call my local Coach store just to see if they had the black and any other colors and to my surprise not only they had the 25 black in 2nd gen but also the heather gray with rivets!!! I couldn’t believe it since this is the bag i first wanted but sold out online, im not one to purchase stuff and return often at all, and i can’t wait to have the black with me again and im so exited for the heather gray
Josh is an absolute sweetheart. He wasn’t even my SA, but I called one day to ask about something and he went above and beyond. He’s the one that located my 1941 Red and 1941 Saddle!
Ok... im so pissed right now.. i just received my 2 rogues in black and heather gray from my the Coach boutique at the galleria mall and the black didn’t came with any stuffed and looks heavily used and scratched, i don’t know if i should just send it back, call costumer service first or call the manager at this particular store, i dont know what to do

What a shame. I would first call the store manager and see what corrective action she will take then decide on next steps. Hopefully she will fix the problem by finding and shipping you a new bag. In the meantime (as a back up) considering calling North Star Mall @ 210-348-7010 to see if they still have the black available.

Thanks for your imput, what bothers me the most is that this is the second black rogue i order and the first one although the leather was thinner it came all brand new and perfectly wrapped, and almost 80dls cheaper

Ok thanks, im going to return the black rogue i just received because its used and scratched but wanted to make sure there will be another sale like this past one and hopefully by that time some Rogues will still be around and if not i guess i will go to the outlets and see if there’s any Rogues, you are very lucky to find lots of great bags at the outlets, i cant remember if it was you who found the heather gray there? Im torn on keeping this one for that reason
