My found order came and I was so happy! Oh the smell was wonderful! I was getting ready for a trip, so I checked it over very quickly, smiled
happily, and put it away. One day later, just before leaving for my trip, I decided to look at her one more time. You all know how it is!

Anyhoo, I pull out the bag and somehow I saw something I had not noticed before: a red penmark on the front of the bag!

I put my luggage down and called customer service right away! The lady was very nice and emailed me a return label and assured me that the moment I sent the one I had it would trigger them sending a replacement. I wasn't able to send it back until yesterday so I am a bit angsty about my replacement. Fingers crossed it's pristine. The first one came from Jax. Here's hoping the next does too. In my head this ups the possibility of it being new instead of a used return.

We'll see what happens...
