Last time I got a Coach purse was several years ago for my mom. But this one is for myself. I normally don't like structure bags or heavy bags in general but somehow the Rogue speaks to me.

I just received this beautiful bag. Unfortunately, the way it was shipped, the bag arrived with these creases. They are on both sides but really noticeable on the front of the bag. Do you guys have any idea how to remove them?

For future, my feeling is that it depends on the bag. The only way I would keep a bag that was damaged is if it were really hard to find and it was one of the last ones. That was the situation I ended up with my mineral Rogue. I got there late for the mineral and ended up ordering one of the last ones that were left in the country. My guess is that it had been previously returned. I'm not sorry I kept it, but only sorry that I did not see the mineral Rogues sooner so that I would get a "perfect one". Fortunately it sounds like everything worked out in the long run for you [emoji4]. Enjoy the bag... it really is a statement piece and soooo gorgeous.
