Bag twins! Just got mine out today. The only thing I can suggest is a suede brush. I got the little kit that Coach sells when I got mine (as it was my first suede bag) & while I haven't had to use it, it may help in your situation.
I have both. Funny thing is I don't have a preference. The black python regular is a classic beauty, the large green python can hold more but if I was going out on the town is would use the smaller one. The 36's are perfect for work or travel. So I guess it depends on the occasion.

I have promptly returned all bags with creases. One time they shipped out a 36 python saddle with beautiful smiley faces on both sides. Reading thru the various posts here, the ladies who kept their creased bags on the advice of customer service, still had creases 6 months later and could not get replacements. Personally I would ask for them to be replaced and packaged properly when they are shipped. After a few tries they got it right and I received flawless bags.

I got it off eBay and feel bad to return the bag. I ordered two different brushes and hoping it will help. It's such a beautiful bag
Beautiful! I'm not any help with creases, I thankfully haven't had to deal with it. Yet.
Do you think "over stuffing" it would help? Like with something soft, towels?
It's actually going away. Hopefully it will look perfect by tomorrow.
I ordered the black patch rogue because it's so cool looking bag but the color combination Of the navy really attracts me. Just looking at this bag makes me smile.

She is also selling a chalk rogue with pictures from different listings. One picture that shows the interior is actually the mineral rogue. The saddest part is people are bidding
I thought so too. The embroidery looks off, it doesn't seem to have the detailed gold threading and the edge staining looks plastic-like.
I hope it goes away for you it's a beautiful bag. You can wait a couple weeks and make a decision then, if the creases are still noticeable. In case you do have to make are return, hopefully you won't, I would email the seller and let them know what's going on.
