I really hope you can get a replacement. It would be terrible to have to give it up completely. It's unfortunate that there are issues with the hardware of such a great bag.

Thanks everyone, for your response re hardware. I had the hay/ostrich rogue (that looks pale yellow). I had the hardware problem with it - it's the tarnished silver, not as dark as the current black copper. I also have the chalk/black first edition - which I'm carrying to see if it will do the same. So far, hardware is okay. Possibly only certain batches have problems? The hardware on my ostrich is the same as the chalk.
Since it apparently isn't all batches, I may try another in Forsest. I'm also hesitant to mention, but the corners of the green are fading on the corners. I will let my SA know (she suggested I watch the chalk and the green) - and I know they'll replace it. As much as I love them both, I'm not sure I want to go round-and-round with an expensive bag - that shouldn't have issues.

No problems have been reported with the brass hardware - probably because it's not coated with another color. My next one will be brass hardware for sure, but right now it's so limited - the denim and new chalk. They're supposed to be new releases on Sept 9 - so hopefully more will have brass hardware.

If anyone has any information on new Rogues with brass hardware, I'd love to know. I know lots of you love chalk and that denim, but those colors just aren't for me. I really prefer brass or gold-tone hardware anyway (although I looovvveee my Rivets Rogue!).

I posted this in another thread, not sure where it falls under but I got the olive Rogue on Saturday and the leather slouches and folds in. Not sure its supposed to do that and I don't carry a lot in there...my matching 1941 olive wallet, makeup pouch, pen, notepad, sunglasses and phone. Has anyone else experienced this? A bit disappointed since I had to charge send for the matching wallet and wasn't expecting the leather to be so soft that it slouches and can't even stand upright unless leaning against something. :(

Yes, mine does that as well but I feel like it does that because I have the short handles folded in which pulls on the leather. That said, it doesn't bother me. I can still get in & out easily. So easily, it has ruined me for completely closed topped bags! I personally love the sloutchy structure of this bag. I do pack it just like when it was delivered when not in use. Hope this helps.

Love! I've had my Rogue for about two weeks, but it hasn't reached this amount of slouch yet! This bag isn't supposed to be completely structured so I'd say yours looks absolutely normal. Looks like many others I've seen here. It's gorgeous!
