Adding that I received my Coach order of the Rogue in saddle color too from the sale, but mine must be a different generation because my interior is yellow tone without the clochette, nicely packaged, but unlike the website photo with burgundy color interior and a clochette. It's nice to know I can try to grab one in store though.
That's the one I received for Christmas too. I looked online and noticed the interior online is burgundy. Strange.

Oh, completely forgot...are you including Rogue satchels too? I have the chalk with oxblood handles. I got it during the SAS in the summer of 2017, so it must have been a Fall 2016 item? There were I believe 3 sizes of satchels, I have the regular size. It also came in oxblood and black. The black had whipstiched handles. And there were ones with exotic trim, such as the butterscotch with snakeskin handles, but I don't remember if that was the regular size or the larger.

I just added them as well as the rogue totes. Rogue satchels were second generation and came out in late 2016. (so early second generation  )

Since 2nd generation was the longest running generation, most Rogues fall into the second generation category. The majority of Tea Rose Rogues are second generation.

There are Rogue tearose 25 styles that are 3rd generation.

Rogue owners, important question for you. First off, I finally got my unicorn bag for Christmas -- a Rogue 30 in 1941 saddle! I would've preferred a second generation with the key bell, but I can live without it. Also, I am finding it is sooo heavy (and the key bell would've added a bit to the weight). I weighed my bag with all of the stuff in it and it was close to 6 pounds -- too much for my skinny arm and bad back. Without my things inside, it is a little over 4 pounds, so the bag is just heavy on its own so downsizing what I carry really doesn't help. So, those of you who have both, my question is -- is the 25 much lighter? I am thinking of exchanging for a 25 and using what's left over for a wallet or other SLG. Thanks in advance!
Hello and happy new year! So we have the same bag...it's odd Coach has older generations in stock that they sell with a newer gen photo online, and another person here received the newer one. But, I'm so impressed with the leather & condition of my bag that I'm keeping the 1941 Saddle rather than trying to swap it out. I also ordered a Rogue 25 size in the same sale and from Outlet, which I'm keeping one of them. I can definitely say the 25 size is lighter. I appreciate that you weighed them, I don't have a machine to weigh smaller items, so I can't say how much lighter the 25 is, but you can feel it for sure, guessing it's 1-2 lbs lighter both empty. In keeping the Rogues, I'm accepting that these are heavier bags. They will not be my travel bags or the ones I take if I'm walking around a lot. I would love to find a Saddle in the size 25 to have the best of both worlds, but I think those are now only on 2nd hand market. I think you could go for the 25 and wallet and still get all the style and functionality of the 30. I see there are more styles available on the FOS website than Coach.

Another first generation feature is that there is a keyfob on a leather strap inside the bags middle compartment.

Thank you so much for your response! I think I have accepted it is a heavy bag and like you, it will not be my walking around the mall or travel bag. I just cannot bear to part with it. It is so pretty. I will probably get a 25 too. ☺️

I’m driving myself crazy! I just got 3 new Rogues. Last week I went to outlet and purchased the 25 in Beechwood Colorblock. The next day my friend went saw the regular size in Beechwood with python....so drove myself to that outlet and exchanged the 25 for the python. I’m not 100% sure I made the right choice between the two...I always think 25 looks small in proportion to my size but it fits everything fine! I did get a black 25 as a little black bag is like a little black dress...gotta have one.

Thoughts? Not sure if I continue to look for 25. I know still on Fp site but 50 off only plus I know some are newer without the details.

I like both sizes but the python does jazzy up the beechwood. For me the 25 is more functional and practical. I can go everywhere with it without feeling overwhelmed, heavy or it getting in the way. Plus I am a small person. I even flew today on the plane with no issues as the 25 fits nicely under the seat. Boy if the 25 came with the python I would grab it immediately with no regrets :0) But not sure I would give up the regular size with the python at this point -- decisions decisions decisions....

Thanks @Lee22 ! Appreciate your thoughts and opinions. I guess I am not 100% comfortable with the python. It is definitely dressier, the colorblock on the 25 is a more casual look. We may be reversed - I think if the regular size came with the dark brown leather handles I would be all over it! If I find another 25 maybe it is ok to have both?
