So pretty! Yes keep on them about the PA. I received an email saying they would process mine and 2 weeks later still nothing. Had to follow up and the 2nd rep put it through again. Not sure why it's so hard lol.I have hemmed and hawed about this bag for a week, after 3 attempts to get one that didn't look used I decided to keep it. It is beautiful and in perfect shape. I have that nagging feeling that I would regret returning it, and if it shows up a tad cheaper at the outlet I don't care because getting one that isn't mangled is more important to me. Golly it's heavy though. I was able to get a price adjustment this morning for the extra 20% and I hope it goes through.

Congrats! Your bag is gorgeous. I do not own. Regular Rogue because I think they are heavy empty. Yes, it seems to be fine otherwise. Maybe a little beat up looking. Thanks for the generation info. I did get an alright deal. $252 plus tax. Although, I just realized I didn't get my complementary key fob with my order. And they had also cancelled this order and then a couple days later sent me my tracking info.Hi. That's too bad. Do you like it otherwise because that stitch can be fixed. It looks like a 2nd gen bag with the cloche.
That's interesting, this happened to me too! I ordered a Rogue and Rogue 25 in the beginning of Dec, waited a couple weeks, and received a Cancellation email, then 10 days later got a Shipment email. It's so strange for them to do that. I feel like they would need my permission because my credit card finally released the funds, and then when Coach shipped the bags, I was charged again. Now, I'm waiting til Monday to receive the package, and I hope they're in good condition. Hope yours will be okay if you keep it.Yes, it seems to be fine otherwise. Maybe a little beat up looking. I would say pebbled leather is heavier. I've picked up the smooth leather in the store and it feels much lighter. So my review of the rogue after using it a handful of times. I'm really happy the smooth letter is pretty much water proof. I did use leather balsam on it to begin with, but it weeks like water just beads off of it regardless.
It is a heavybutt bag (not to be confused with a heavy buttbag). For that reason, the signature chain cross body configuration really digs into my shoulder. I have to wear it as a shoulder bag almost exclusively but still find it heavy especially when chasing a toddler.
For those reasons, I'm open to using this as my work bag (when it mainly sits at my desk), but not a let's go out for the day type bag. I feel buffer having worn it for my family day.
Not sure if the pebbled leather is lighter or not.

Yes it is and all parts are included.is that 1841 saddle from SAS sale? All parts included?
Lucky you! Congratulations to you and Merry Christmas! I’m sad I ordered the grey Rogue and no clochette. I was told some crazy story they don’t include them any more and if it had one it was purposely removed.Yes it is and all parts are included.
I removed the tag because i‘m afraid of losing it.
Merry Christmas.
