I believe they are smooth. They'll stay smooth as long they don't dry out. I think some one here recommended saphir reptan because it makes the scales lay flat again on the handles.

Congrats, it's a beautiful bag!! I came really close to buying the Oxblood one at my outlet when deletes were 70% off, I think it would have been around $210 before tax. The leather is delish, and it's very well made. I love the shoulder straps. Can't wait to see photos when it arrives!

I was advised to reach out on this Rogue thread for a question on a bag I just purchased. I was concerned it wasn’t authentic. Although everything else seems to look good, it’s missing the X mark with the 1941 around it located under the zipper flap on the side of the bag. I’m attaching pics of the bag. So if anyone has the same bag with the stamp missing and are sure it’s authentic I’d love to hear about it and set my mind at ease. Additional pics are posted in the authenticate thread. Posted yesterday. Thanks in advance ladies! (PS I’m new so sorry if I ramble or am making mistakes)

That is an amazing price! I would have snagged one for sure. My bag is here! Well, it's home. I got the delivery notification and I'm stuck here at work. Can't wait to open it later. In the meantime, now that the weather is finally changing, I switched into my Beechwood Rogue last night! I'll snap pictures later :)
