I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it because I'm not used to plain bags, but I found this Michael Kors strap (for only $14 and free express shipping!!) and I'm really happy with how it matches the bag, bringing the white and tan accents of the bag to the beige body, and adds a little of my own funky taste…now it's love

I received Ruby Rogue 25 in mail two days ago. I think it's a display item. It's a bit slouchy. There is no stuffing and no dust bag. The feet have shown some wear. I was really concerned about the quality while reading posts in this thread. I don't notice major quality difference in the pebble leather and suede lining compared with my other Rogue. The only difference is the handles, the handles on Ruby is thinner. I haven't decide whether I shall keep it or not. I really like the style and Ruby red color.

Good luck on your decision. I think for Rogues I am picky about getting a new one. I think it is because of all of the different materials it uses, etc, I just want it to be clean and nice. I have ordered a KH Rogue 25, and if it looks like a display/not new, I will probably return even though I got it for 50/20 off.
I agree. It was disappointing to have some show up not as nice as others or possibly even used.
I snagged a black whipstitch Rogue tote just now from the sale with 14% e-bates. Hopefully it is actually in stock and will ship.
I noticed on mine that the left side on the back puckers and is not smooth. I am going to send it back. My question is should I reorder and send it back or send it back and ask for a replacement?
I don't know if any would be in stock if you sent it and asked for a replacement. Might be better to reorder. Besides if you do e-bates there's 14% today.
Good point. I ordered it along with the Drifter top handle with willow floral in grey birch. I have been waiting for this to go half price. I have the all black with the black matte hardware and love it.
The KH Rogue came and is not that great. It just has that used look. There are some small scratches and the inside of the bag is dusty. I am sorry Coach, but even at a nice sale price I want a very new bag. I have gotten better bags from eBay. I will return to the store tomorrow. I am kind of relieved though as I really hadn’t planned on another Rogue but made an exception for this one. I had been hopeful as it shipped from JAX but it must have been a return or one that went between outlets.
That is too bad. I am really getting disappointed with how bags are showing up. Even though they are on sale they should still be in decent shape. After this sale I think I am done for quite awhile and have a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully at least one or two of the things left to show up will be in decent shape.
Just fyi, should anyone be interested, Saks has the metallic rose Rogue 25 on sale already for $486 ($695 reg price).
I saw that and bought it a few hours ago. I HAVE to see it. You said it was very pretty in person and is it more pink than your photo you posted? It almost looks gold rather than rose colored. Saks had sent me a 20% off coupon and with 10% e-bates it ended up around 50% off so I couldn't help myself.
Ha! I bought it as well! I had Bloomies price match it. I had a gift card to put towards it which lessened the sting my Amex has seen during this past sale, lol.
Unsure when it'll arrive. I've seen it on person so I am confident I will like it. Let me know when you get yours!
