open it as an item not described or doesn’t match photos.You should not be paying for return shipping.ebay automatically sides with the buyer when it’s opened this way. Or at least that’s what they told me last month when I had to do one. It is against their policy now for sellers to charge a restocking fee. The seller would have to manually refund you from PayPal,then it would still show on eBay that they owe you money. Once the time limit is up for the seller to refund you, you can have Ebay step in and then Ebay will refund you the rest.

Aha! And I just ordered the oxblood with whipstich handle after having the dark turqoise for almost a year now. Would you mind taking picture of your oxblood rogue please...beautiful bag with suede on the side ( 4 rogues in 2018...I definately need to stop for a moment lol ‍♀️)
