Yup and they didn't seem concerned one bit then acted like I should be grateful they are letting me keep the stupid ornament. I have yet to receive an email that they are processing a refund. I emailed CS a bit ago to see if I would get an email and they just responded to call them. Its so hard to be able to call when I can't get my 3 kids out of my hair for 5 minutes.
 
I remember having an issue ordering a scarf from the online outlet a year or so ago. I wanted a certain color and that is what I ordered but I got the wrong color. I can't remember if I ordered again or called CS and they were sending me another one. I got that one and still the wrong one! I looked at the item # on the bag it was still in and it was the right number but the color inside was the wrong one. I waited for another online outlet sale and ordered again.....still the same issue. Someone screwed up the item #s so you would never get the right one! They let me keep the scarf. I later found the color I wanted at the outlet but it was frustrating trying to figure out why I kept getting the same wrong item. I'm hoping you can find the bag via a store somehow. I'd start calling some of the larger stores myself and hunt it down. CS isn't very helpful and guessing the Ambassadors aren't working on a Sat.

Wow. I'm becoming more anti Coach as time goes. They just don't impress me... At all.

I think with any brand, the best thing is to have a SA who'd take care of you. Before moving to a town with no Coach in sight, I had great associates who would make sure to damage things out, if things had defects. Now this nearest store (2 1/2 hours away) just ships the bag back to JAX! If I wanted to do that, I could have done it myself! It's leaving a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm definitely cutting back if even returns are going to be a pain in the butt. Their loss!

I have a great SA! She is great but she can only go as far as finding me 50% off bags. I have no issues with her. I have issues with coach's customer service. I don't like their attitude and I don't like them analyzing my purchase behaviors and limit my outlet purchases accordingly.

The fact that Coach is limiting your purchases in any way shape or form is mind boggling :whut:. Mind boggling.

Yup. Still locked out since February. I have yet to be invited to shop FOS. Go figure. When you consecutively don't get invited to shop, being told we are "randomly" selected to shop becomes an obvious lie.

I've never been invited for FOS, only for PCE. Who knows what logic goes with their sales tactic? I've never shopped before on the FOS too, by the way.

You have to sign up on Coachoutlet.com and if they let you in, then you can shop. But they watch what you buy and they choose whether they will let you keep shopping or not based on what you buy. I think there's a rule that you can't buy more than 5 leather goods or something like that.

I think I've tried signing up, but then never got the email invite after that. when the returns are potentially such a hassle, I've decided not to investigate on the reason why lol
