So tell me, how did that bag even get sold with the hardware get messed up & rusty? In a warehouse? If it's a flawed return, they're actually supposed to take a 9large shears & cut the bag up! I returned a dark denim duffle with a crease on one side & the store manager hacked it into pieces. I'm glad I didn't have to watch.

Wut! [emoji50][emoji33]

I checked my blue suede rogue that has been sitting in its dustbag for a while and see some pitting on the hardware. No rust stains though. I wonder if I can coat it with say clear nail polish if it would stop it and maybe not get to the point of rust? Just a thought. I do love the bag and doesn't look that noticeable unless maybe you use the shoulder straps which I mostly don't. But on this size, I may since it is bigger and heavier. Anyone have any ideas on putting something on the ring hardware pieces that may help??? TIA!

Omg it's breaking my heart. A gruesome death for all that beautiful leather? Just for one crease? Was it so bad that the bag wasn't usable or sellable?
I didnt think so, but the 1941 tag also fell off 20 mins into use, lost on public transportation but had also fallen off at home. Seems the person who puts that on in the assembly line liked cutting ball chain so short & taut that if you just bumped it, the hotdog clasp would pop open. Customer Service no help. Store manager said they cant take return for it, only for flaws. Showed her crease I hadnt been thrilled with for full price cost. She took it back & ordered replacement. New one came with same tight circle chain, so the girls gave me more brass chain from their back room. No other bags had ever come with ball chain cut so skimpy. I'm sure it could have been sold at outlet, but technically theyre supposed to destroy flawed returns.

I don’t know, isn’t that crazy? It didn’t have any wrapping on any of the handles like almost all full price deletes I’ve bought from FOS. The removable straps were inside the bag and no dustbag. So someone must have at least looked at it to take the dustbag out.

I don’t know if I’d have the stomach to chop a bag into pieces lol

I store my bags with Innie purse pillows in them, in their dustbags, in large plastic storage bins loaded with tons of those silica gel packs to suck up moisture. I have collected so many over time, but my SA was also kind enough to save & bag up a bunch for me.

What is an innie purse pillow? I was just thinking today it would be great to have a nicer purse pillow type insert instead of the tissue stuffing I use lol Off to google!

I first saw them on The Container Store website, but they have their own at www.innies.com They're quilted with folding seams that allow them to be bent in several ways in order to conform their size to the bag shape. They come in 3 sizes for handbags. I boughy some of each to see what fit in all my bags & then ordered more once I knew how many of each. The Container Store ines are silver, & ones in Innie website are black, pink, & champagne.

Etsy also offers purse pillow sets. The sizes in a set would have to be wahat you need. I was unsure how they would fit without seeing them in person. Had an opportunity to check out Container Store in a nearby city I was going to be in & knew they would work if I tried some out in my various bags. Most coach bags take a medium, but my totes, Edie 42, Bandit Hobo take large. I think my small Rogue took 2 small. My Page took 1 small.

My car rogue collection. My husband and I love traveling to races so I definitely pick a different bag for each trip! Just got my daughter the saddle on the outlet sale as her car bag! I love the sides of the two patchwork bags. Even though they are the same pattern, one is a spring/summer and one is afall/winter bag!!View attachment 4017451View attachment 4017452

Bag twins on the Coupe and Blue/Red Patchwork Rogues! I love mine!

Thanks for the info about the sizes! They look pretty cool and such a great idea. I don’t know why, but having a nice fancy little pillow for my purses while they’re resting makes me happy haha I love the gold satin version an Etsy seller has. I’m considering ordering the 6 piece set as I think the extra large would fit my rogue 36 and the large would fit regular Rogue, and the others would work for some of my others!
