Gorgeous! It’s funny because when I see something called primrose I’m like meh but then you called it orchid and my brain goes OOOooooo how lovely haha Congrats!
I think this “Primrose” color is more attractive in person and even more perfect for spring/summer.

Thanks so much! I chose this color because I think it’s versatile too. I wear mostly muted dusty colors and to me this green will go with taupes, gray, blues, and my beloved mauve and dusty rose tones in clothing. That Prussian Blue was gorgeous! I’m hoping for a navy with gold hardware! If it has suede sides I’d be in Heaven lol

Somehow I missed this comment before, but you sound like you have a similar style to me. I love my neutrals and classic things so I definitely need a versatile colour, but I don't want black. I've never even thought to get a green bag until seeing pictures of yours to be honest. I hope I can check it out in person sometime soon!

View attachment 4013743 I finally broke down and bought my first Rogue. I fell madly in love with the primrose color. (I’d call it more of an orchid color though) I also bought the matching tea rose strap to go with it, but I’m sending it back or selling it because the leathers are different so they don’t actually match, not even close. But this bag is even better than I imagined. The leather is so supple and the craftsmanship rivals my LV. This probably won’t be the last one I get.
I managed to buy 5 Rogues, when I don’t usually repeat my bags. I have three different sizes, but still. They’re great bags. Hope you enjoy her!

Haha funny! I don’t wear a lot of black clothing but do love the occasional black bag but ironically I struggle more with pairing a black bag with my outfits lol For me dark brown is “my black” haha I think the Ivy bag will also work as a Black for me.

Beautiful! I love the primrose color. One of the best Coach has made, IMO. As for the strap, you could consider the black tearose strap. Adds a bit of edge but partners well IMO. Here is a pic of my Primrose 25 with it. You may be able to snag the strap @ Macys before their VIP sale ends, to night I think.

I like it in fall, too, with grays and blacks! I don't have this color but had considered it in the 17 or 25 for summertime but had too many others I was considering at the time. I was also on the fence on size - regular vs 25 vs 17. I like the combination of suede on this one. Sometimes I like the bag color but not the suede. I'm kind of over the honey color and liking navy or burgundy suede now.

That does look nice. I thought about trying to track down the grey because the print on it is the primrose color.

I agree this primrose and burgundy is spot on together and love the recommendation of the black tea rose novelty strap. Also the darker suede colors are more forgiving in showing the everyday wear/tear use.

I received the last rogue I ordered thru the PCE - all older models but great finds and to be 30% off! I'll take photos tomorrow when there is better lighting. I ordered:

Regular rogue - black w/ python handles
Rogue 36 - olive w/ tan python handles
Rogue 36 - saddle w/ python handles

My initial thoughts:
Black - A classic. Ordered the tea rose exotic clutch to use as a wallet with it. I have the first generation black rogue and may think about selling. I'll see...

Olive - Not enamored but letting it sink in a bit. It just looks bigger (and it is!) but not used to seeing a large olive bag. I like the snake accent. I have the regular rogue in olive but haven't even used it. I think the color is a bit muddy so it has no pizzazz. I usually like brighter bags I guess. May return this one and may sell my regular olive rogue.

Saddle - At first the tangerine suede lining was a bit off putting but it has grown on me! It works with the stitching on the bag. I think the 36 in this color doesn't bother me as much because I'm used to seeing a tote sized bag in this color.....not as much in the olive.

So photo shoot tomorrow! Hoping my clutch comes in time to be in the photo shoot!
