I’m a big fan of the “dirty look” Cagole neo classic city and what I call the Vampire neo classic city. Those are examples of deliberate wear Bal put in the bags and really elevated them. On other bags they just ended up looking grimy.
Isn't it a hoot? I get the idea of doing a version that's super rumpled...that would actually be kinda cool.
Like...if they took the hides and rolled them in a barrel.with heavy metal ball bearings to really break it, I think that would be very creative and would sell like mad.
But that dusty looking fading looks just odd and the scratches...but this is just my opinion 🤔 I don't want to offend anyone who digs it and bought it.
Yes..these look broken and chic..not like that one I saw on ...wait for it...Rodeo Drive!
The super size is nice too but I'm tall. Shorter and tiny ladies might feel overwhelmed.

And I wonder what colors are next. I think a true blueberry blue would be gorgeous 😍 💙
Here is some good news about the unwieldy excessively long thin straps on the Rodeo. The clasp hardware does fit through the rings holding the handle, enabling you to loop the strap through to double or triple it up.
Just an update that I wanted to share in case anyone’s been pondering how my bag repair been going—
I finally received a tracking confirmation from the repair team at Balenciaga and the estimated delivery date is this Monday! It’s about time!! Just to fix a snap closure it took a good ~3 months. While I don’t plan on buying from Balenciaga again due to this experience but I’m happy to be getting my bag back and be able to use it again for the new year

Has anyone bought the rodeo sling? I’m wondering if you like it. I saw the comments about the fabric part of zipper at the one side but that’s just like the LV pochette and I don’t think that’s been an issue? Could be wrong but would love to know if anyone bought it and liked it
For the lucky ladies that bought the rodeo in small how are you liking it? I read through the whole thread and am wondering how it is going with your bags. I bit the bullet and bought one. I honestly don’t need another big black bag, so bought the small unseen. I live 2 hours from the store so can’t go look.

Question for those living in the cold, on the Medium Rodeo is the handheld strap long enough across a large winter jacket for shoulder carrying? I've been eyeing the Rodeo as my potential winter bag, because a lot of my current bag straps are honestly quite annoying with a large jacket.
I ended up checking them out in store myself. And just in case anyone else would like to know for the future.
Small version's handle straps sort of fit over your shoulders even with a coat, but I'd imagine it'd slide off as moving. So kind of uncomfortable and not recommended.
Medium was a very perfect fit. You could still definitely carry it over the shoulder even with a thick jacket. Though the bag ends up being placed awkwardly high that you'd struggle to pull stuff out if needed be.
I think I'm in love with the large in the end. Was very surprised because I was expecting it to be too big on me.
