I would love to have any rock crystal pieces!! Is there a spending threshold to help me increase my odds to be offered rock crystal items? I have been offered HP for the past three years. I have also expressed my wish to get RC to my SA twice. Both times he replied he can’t request RC, because all the RC are directly offered by the company from headquarters.

I just got offered the RC 5 motif bracelet today. Asked about the necklace; it's not in stock here in AZ (yet) but fingers crossed they can get me one. So excited as I had seen the 20 motif necklace for sale by one of my favorite resellers (at twice retail) but it was already sold by the time I inquired.

My SA must have "burning ears" since I was talking about her yesterday and she reached out to me today about the RC :)

It wears like onyx. Does show fingerprints or scratches in certain lights. I am not sure about show makeups. If you got makeup on it that would show as on anything else, but that seems easier to avoid.

I am not sure where it stands in LE materials exclusivity. It is in the less competitive materials with pietersite and obsidian in my mind and not the more competitive lapis and turquoise. Maybe a little harder to get than p and o but definitely not on the level of lapis or tq. But my thought is that these non lapis or tq are allocated by client preference and profile among those who meet the requirements. For example, if you collect more Wg Alhambra maybe you would be offered pietersite. Also if they are offering only one piece and not a set which has happened to me more recently it could depend on your preferences for that also. Or I could be over thinking

I don’t own a rock crystal Alhambra piece, but I’ve seen them pop up a lot lately. From what I know, they’re often sourced directly from Van Cleef & Arpels through a sales associate (SA), but some are also available from trusted resellers who specialize in luxury jewelry. If you have one, it would be great to see a photo and hear about where and when you got it!
