The rock crystal was recently produced in the 20 motif and 5 motif, along with the piertersite and silver obsidian as limited pieces and offered directly to specific customers to order. I believe the ordering period has closed for most countries with all pieces spoken for and deposits being paid.
There is always the possibility that someone who ordered a rock crystal piece decides not to take it, so perhaps your sister can remind her SA of her strong interest in case one becomes available.

I was offered a very exclusive rock crystal bracelet before Mother's Day this year, then I asked my SA if I could get the long necklace too, then I got both. It’s so special for me. If you are their VIP client, they will offer you some exclusive items even you don’t ask.

I just got offered the RC 5 motif bracelet today. Asked about the necklace; it's not in stock here in AZ (yet) but fingers crossed they can get me one. So excited as I had seen the 20 motif necklace for sale by one of my favorite resellers (at twice retail) but it was already sold by the time I inquired.

My SA must have "burning ears" since I was talking about her yesterday and she reached out to me today about the RC :)
