It's calfskin..... I have the same and I feel it's quite durable....

Sorry for the dumb question ( I'm not that familiarized with chanel leathers) - I was offered this bag, but the SA said it was polished lambskin is that as durable as calfskin? Thanks!

It's calfskin..... I have the same and I feel it's quite durable....

I just picked mine up and am wondering the same thing- you have another bag in this type leather and it wears well? WOCs tend to bounce around on the body and rub against jeans and even my husband is concerned it may be fragile?

No I was saying my WOC is calfskin. I hear calfskin more durable than lamb but I have lamb bags and they look just as good as day I bought it and I wear it crossbody from time to time so I don't think this WOC will show much wear. I'm not afraid...
