A stroke of luck whilst in London: my first Picotin!

The bag had literally just been delivered minutes as I walked into the shop on New Bong St. It was also the only etaine that had been sent to England from France.

It was not a shade of grey I was after at first. I was hoping for etoupe or a lighter shade of grey. But I am pleased and liking it very much with the palladium hardware.

Beautiful bag...etain is such a noble color....and it is a fantastic tabula rasa for adding other things, such as charms, twillies, etc. I love it! Congrats!

I just saw a post with the the canvas strap attached to the Picotin. Seems like a brilliant idea. I never knew it could be done.
