Reveal: my new Cabas Monogram

Oh dear.

So I'm definitely not in the market for a bag. I'm being good.

And I went to YSL just to look at a coin purse. Definitely not a bag. You know?

And then a white monogram small Cabas happened to me. She was so stunning that when I picked her up, my husband said it was actually mesmerising watching me move with her.

I walked out of the store.

And then I walked back in because when else will a classic YSL monogram tote come along at nearly 40% off?

So she is coming home with me.

I felt really lucky. This is my first YSL bag (I have a small clutch from before) and it feels like such a classic tote.

I considered buying it in black with GHW but it felt elegant and feminine in this colour. Besides, like most of us, I have about 10 black bags and couldn't justify another black one! X
