Thank you, me too! I wouldn't go as far as to say great customer service in my case haha it cost me about £50 in petrol money, hours wasted on the phone and emailing and over a month of waiting! But they did help once I contacted the CEO of LVMH, so I guess you gotta aim high :smile:
