i tried doing a search but couldn't find anything on this topic...if there is already a thread on this, please close and direct me to that thread, thanks!
anyways i was trying to clean the handles of my Bedford using Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (i bought the bag used, and the handles were a bit dark near the top). rubbing with magic eraser did get some dirt off, but now i noticed that the parts of the handles where I rubbed are somewhat dull (no more of the "shininess" that was there before). Eek! Is there any way to "restore" it? Shining Monkey? Apple Guarde?? moisturizer?? I tried using Apple Care Conditioner on there afterwards, and i don't think it did anything.
i hope you all know what i am talking about..you may not notice but the vachetta has some "shininess" to it that protects it, and i think i rubbed that layer off.. so i am worried that it may be easy to get dirty again.
any tips/suggestions would be highly appreciated!! thanks!
