Has anyone here brought their Chanel bag to the San Francisco store for restoring? I just bought a second hand lambskin maxi flap at a good price but there's scuffing on the bottom of the bag and corner. And I don't have the authenticity card. TIA

I just got my bag back from SF Chanel after some repair done:

I also did not have authenticity card, but did have the sticker inside the bag. Also, I purchased the bag without a dust bag, and one was included when I went to pick it up today! Just bring in it and told one of the SAs that I was bringing in something for repair.
