Her sales tax is so low in her state.. She sold the light pink 19 and made about 600 profit after taxes.
How do you know how much she sold it for? On her Instagram & YouTube channel she was super excited about the new Chanel 19.

I know that she bought her 19s iridescent pink small cf for a premium and sold it for a higher premium last year. She complained about price gouging in the same video and talked about how it’s not fair but she wanted to sell it at “market price”.

I inquired out of curiosity. I'm very curious how much she'll sell the light pink caviar classic flap for...

Curious to see how this will all play out with the upcoming newest collection. I wonder with the rules Chanel seems to be enforcing (limit purchasing # of bags per month, no wait list) will it make an actual impact on allocation of bags to customers vs. in the hands of resellers.
Saks also announced they are no longer shipping Chanel to tax free states!!

I get trying to do all the things necessary to make it more difficult for resellers but what about the people who actually live in the tax free states that are not resellers? They would never be able to have an item shipped to them and would only be able to purchase Chanel by visiting a boutique? That seems unfair to those folks. Especially in a world where the pandemic hasn’t magically disappeared. And especially in a time where online shopping and the convenience of delivery to my door is so popular. I don’t live in one of those states but a rule like that would turn me off the brand if I did.

People should stop buying resellers...
they

What does it mean zero acceptance for prepaid gift cards?
I think that is in regards to where folks go to the store and buy the prepaid visa or amex cards as gifts....it is a huge drug trafficking item and a lot of fraud with those cards so I'm thinking that is why they are banning them

Per the same facebook post someone posted above another Saks SA commented on the post and stated that if someone has a history with sales with the boutique that they will be able to request an exception to this but there is a new process to do that now.

Glad to hear they have a process for exceptions and willing to do so. I just think all these rules they have in place to hurt or impede resellers are actually only hurting the real customers and creating more hoops that a legit customer has to jump through just to fork over thousands of dollars.
