HI! I actually went a few days ago to get a key for a 330 lock. They didn't have any spare keys, so they used a key from an epi bag to unlock the old lock. The Sales person then gave me a new lock and key free of charge! She said that they normally cost $38 dollars to replace!

I lost my keys and went to the LV store in Canada Yorkdale hoping that they would replace it for free like many other people on here.. and I failed. I was told they wouldn't replace it for free. It cost me 37CAN plus tax = $43 to replace it.. =(

I've recently visited a LV store too and ask them regarding a replacement key for my lock and I have fail as well.
Had to pay 40$ CAD +Tax to get a new lock and key...

It depends on your SA. Some will unlock it for you, but won't give you the key. You can just ask if they have a spare key to give you.

Depends on the lock number. A Repairs Manager once told me they had a master key and could remove locks where keys had become lost but they may not have a key you can keep, if that makes sense.

Hi, there.
I am new here and i have a question about the lock and keys. Hope some body could help me. I purchased an Alma bb on eBay. It is so real. The only thing make me confuse is the font of 'LOUIS VUITTON" engraved on the lock looked so different on the one i saw at my local boutique.
So, the question is: do every lock have exactly same letter's size especially with the same kind of bag?
I had compared the lock i got to the one at the boutique. They are same size, same color, just different in letter's font and size.
