Repair Question

So I'm new to purses so forgive me for asking a silly question. I have MJ handbag and the leather on the zipper pulls has started to debond along the seam where it is sealed together. Is this something that can be easily repaired? If so, who does one see about such a thing? I live in a smallish city so I don't know what the options are in a comunity like that. Thanks for any help you may provide.

I would think a shoe repair shop or a saddle maker could fix it with leather glue.
