I am so glad I found this thread. Have been able to use voxpay a few times until two weeks ago. This time, I wasn't able to pay despite numerous attempts. I contacted my bank which had no record of an attempted charge (like others). The added difficulty is that I haven't been able to receive voxpay emails since those failed attempts.

Anyone resolved this issue successfully? I was told by Voxpay hermes anti fraud dept refused my payment due to suspicious activity. Is SO BS since I don’t order often from H website and hermes said nothing wrong at their end. Is extremely frustrating

I am not sure if anybody experienced this with voxpay. My area should have 8.25% sales tax, that's what I get charged when I purchase in store or online. But voxpay would charge 9%, my SA said she tried many times, as long as they put in my address, it's 9% sales tax. Is it a bug in voxpay? :confused1:

I just did it today and the tax was calculated accurately at 8.875%

First post here on the forum but wanted to add my experience. I remote ordered from a Paris boutique several times with no issues paying by link. Suddenly, all my payment attempts were unsuccessful as stated by many of you above and my bank did not even see the attempts. I tried one last time and this is how I solved it: I used Microsoft Edge as my browser and cut and pasted the link instead of clicking on the "access payment" button and it worked! Payment went through right away. Chrome and Safari did not work at all.

I just tried your tip... but H must really hate me because I still failed :crybaby: this is the second link my SA sent me and I've killed them both hahahah~

I tried it on my iPhone but that was already my 3rd attempt , and voxpay wont let me try anymore , so I didn’t get to try it on my laptop hahaha~ I told my SA this is a sign … a sign for me to go in and shop more :happydance:

Thank you for the tip nonetheless!! I rarely succeed with voxpay, maybe only 1 out of 10 links work for me ……
