It’s so frustrating that we’re the minority few who experience this which led the SAs think the issue is on our end. If H website rejects your payment can you call them to see if they can tell you why? I wonder if this relates to our profiles in store and online that created this problem?
I did called the customer service and was wondering if it has something to do with my profile. The customer service told me it has nothing to do with my profile as she didn't see anything that blocks the account . She also thinks it's just my credit card problem.... which I know that's not the case. She said nothing she can help or do on their side. Still very frustrating with this mystery.

It's not you, it's them.

I had all of these issues mentioned in this thread.... got the big red X saying FAILED Transaction no matter what card I used. Attempted paying 6 separate times over the course of a week. Called my CC companies and they said they had no pending charges/fraud alerts no nada showed up on my account... like it never even happened. Not even an attempt to make a charge so it's not on my end. My SA said she let "finance" look into it. Is there such a thing? hahahaha Anyway, got a green light again. No clue what it was but she said if it didn't work, I'd pay by phone. She sent me a link again, I tried paying with my same CC I always use but THIS TIME I completed the transaction on my iPhone rather than PC. Received a fraud alert from Citibank and was able to successfully complete the transaction on the 2nd attempt (like normal). Such a ridiculous application they chose and who knows if it will work on future purchases.

I am facing the same issue and am hoping that my SA can help to arrange other payment alternatives. Glad that I am not alone in this situation.

Glad to hear they were able to assist to make the transaction went through. My SA still thinks it’s the problem between my cards and voxpay and H is not the issue whatsoever therefore unable to help me in getting my card to go through.
My SA ended up putting the transaction under my bf name and email and he tried it and it worked! I just don’t get it.

One solution so far for some people and myself included is to have someone else pay using his/her card. That will avoid the problem for now until we can get to the root cause of this.

I have also just used this system. I used a Mastercard and it had to go through the Mastercard ID check, meaning it had to text me (my cellphone I had with the bank) a one-time code that I had to then enter before it took the payment. I have no Amex cards though I believe AMEX safekey is the equivalent of this process for AMEX. I wonder if this is where the problem is and if certain cards have trouble getting through this verification code process.

I hope everyone affected find a solution :(

I made 2 different purchases recently using the system and it went smoothly. I used my Chase debit card for each. I completed my purchases via a link my SA sent via text message. For those having issues are you using an e-mail link or a text message? I wonder if the problem relates to this

I tried different chase visa and Amex cards and none went through. One friend of mine used MasterCard at first which didnt go through and she didn’t get any code verification. Her chase visa went through. Another friend of mine tried 4 cards and only Amex went through. I can’t seem to find a pattern to the payment rejection.

I used my MasterCard and was sent a code via text at first. Payment failed, but after verifying three times, purchase was approved. Did this all on my phone. Hope it all works out for those who are still having issues w voxpay.

Ok I have an important ‘discovery’ about H’s strange and unreliable payment system. So I was trying to place another phone order with my remote SA and she sent over the voxpay link to my regular email, and not surprisingly, all of my cards failed just like last time and I knew for sure that my cards were all ok. Then my SA asked if I had another email address for her to resend the new payment link to. At first I thought why would email address matter? But then it occurred to me that my H.com account associated with this email suddenly wouldn’t allow my payment to go through last week when I was trying to order a scarf. So I gave my SA a different email, and my payment went through at first try, with one of the many cards that failed before.

I still don’t know why email address would matter, and I doubt H.com customer service can answer this question. I know some ladies also experienced similar payment issues like me last week on H.com. So for those of you that are having trouble with voxpay, maybe have your SA send the payment link to a different email?

I just made my remote purchase as well and was my first time to use Voxpay method since they have the policy change with remote payment.

Prior to this change, I have made many purchases by having my SA take my card over the phone for the payment. With this new process, i think it will be more secured to process payment.

For Voxpay process, My lovely SA who I have known for years wsend me a link. Although there was a confusion on my email initially, we were able to correct and update the email address prior to sending me the payment link. I was able to use my card (the one I usually use with Hermes at store). The link processed it without any problem.

The only “strange” things I have noticed was that the link doesn’t show my name and billing/shipping info. like other stores online transactions would be.
