Yes, every time I purchase through the link with my debit card it declines on the first try.
Yes! My bank would send me a text asking if it's fraud. It's Chase btw. Interesting how it doesn't work at all for othersBut it went through the second time with the same card?
I did called the customer service and was wondering if it has something to do with my profile. The customer service told me it has nothing to do with my profile as she didn't see anything that blocks the account . She also thinks it's just my credit card problem.... which I know that's not the case. She said nothing she can help or do on their side. Still very frustrating with this mystery. It’s so frustrating that we’re the minority few who experience this which led the SAs think the issue is on our end. If H website rejects your payment can you call them to see if they can tell you why? I wonder if this relates to our profiles in store and online that created this problem?
I am facing the same issue and am hoping that my SA can help to arrange other payment alternatives. Glad that I am not alone in this situation. It's not you, it's them.
I had all of these issues mentioned in this thread.... got the big red X saying FAILED Transaction no matter what card I used. Attempted paying 6 separate times over the course of a week. Called my CC companies and they said they had no pending charges/fraud alerts no nada showed up on my account... like it never even happened. Not even an attempt to make a charge so it's not on my end. My SA said she let "finance" look into it. Is there such a thing? hahahaha Anyway, got a green light again. No clue what it was but she said if it didn't work, I'd pay by phone. She sent me a link again, I tried paying with my same CC I always use but THIS TIME I completed the transaction on my iPhone rather than PC. Received a fraud alert from Citibank and was able to successfully complete the transaction on the 2nd attempt (like normal). Such a ridiculous application they chose and who knows if it will work on future purchases.

I have also just used this system. I used a Mastercard and it had to go through the Mastercard ID check, meaning it had to text me (my cellphone I had with the bank) a one-time code that I had to then enter before it took the payment. I have no Amex cards though I believe AMEX safekey is the equivalent of this process for AMEX. I wonder if this is where the problem is and if certain cards have trouble getting through this verification code process.
I hope everyone affected find a solution![]()
