Mellon, 43, who just finalized his nasty divorce from Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon, popped the question to ex-model Noelle Reno, 25, who's the "fashion director" of his fashion line, Degrees of Freedom. The two celebrated his 43rd birthday Monday night at Socialista with 65 friends, including Zani Guggelman, Jennifer Creel and Maggie Betts, but eyebrows were raised when Reno saluted her fiancé with an odd speech. "When I first met Matthew, he said he was five years younger than he is," Reno related. "We've since been through death, divorce and rehab." Mellon has previously battled a publicized cocaine addiction.
