My apologies for the lounge wear. My second red bag in life: Gucci Soho metal chain crossbody bag
I’ve been on the hunt for a smaller sized red bag. I like the tone of Gucci soho disco bag. I’m not sure if it’s too casual for me. I bought Chanel dark red mini, but I found it too small. I’ve contemplated my Lady Dior, but when I finally tried it in store, I didn’t like it as much.
So ladies, what’s your perfect red bag in terms of color, shape, size, leather/material, ease of use?

Bolide is smaller. Strap can be fiddly.
Bayswater is tricky to maneuver through large crowds. But adaptable:

Both can be casual. Bolide can be dressy, too.
Both are slathered in collonil products & survive.
Neither red is bright or flashy or orange-toned=perfect for me.

I have a little red vintage Coach that is the perfect size, but the red is not as rich as the Chanel.
I have a very vintage Chanel in red but rarely use it because of the small size. Love the color tho. ❤️

Those are pretty!! I can see the quality in both bags. I looked into vintage Chanel, red is hard to come by in great condition.

I was lucky to get ahold of this one. I love the cute little size altho sometimes wish it was just a wee bit bigger. But then perhaps the small size is why after 30 plus years it’s still in perfect condition?(maybe not used that often).
