OMG, $2500 USD!! I assume they were custom made by Louboutin, see below
For $4K, you can approach Louboutin to have shoes (you choose color, material, etc) made from previous styles. Christchrist (here on forum, haven't seen her lately) did it for Love Me 120, she chose white (not a color done in production):

That version of hot chicks’s wasn’t a Customized version, those actually was a límited version selled only in europe.
