Recs for authentication services?

I don't know Hermes but I don't recommend Carol Diva. Although Carol is a lovely lady and is good with LV and vintage Coach, she seems to have a problem admitting that she doesn't know other brands and will "authenticate" them, often incorrectly.

Are there any resources available to authenticate Christian Louboutin shoes for a fee? This would be for people who don't live near a CL boutique. I sold a pair on eBay (purchased in a private sale) that were already authenticated here and do look high quality like my other CL's directly purchased from the store, but the buyer says otherwise...Quick help please, T.I.A.!

The burden to prove authenticity when the case is open on Ebay or Paypal is on the buyer, NOT the seller. If you are the seller, try to communicate with the buyer and provide the prove (receipt or anything else you have) to the buyer. I found in the past that it was enough and the buyer never opened the case. If the buyer opens the case, you need to respond to Ebay or Paypal that you stand behind authenticity and that there is no doubt that the item is authentic. If the buyer escalates the case, Ebay or Paypal will require that the BUYER, not the seller provide the letter from the 3rd party confirming authenticity.
I am speaking from personal experience.

It sounds like the OP is the buyer and not the seller. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I am the seller (but have no original receipt). I originally purchased from eBay but shoes were to small and no returns. I then listed the shoes which sold and current buyer says box is not authentic and now wants original receipt from department store from me, which I don't have.

This is a tough one, but I would still stand behind the authenticity if you are 101% sure that they are authentic. If the shoes were authenticated here, maybe you can give her a link to the authentication thread. If the buyer opens a claim, she will have to prove to ebay that they are not authentic. That said, she can still hurt your feedback, so I am not sure what your feedback looks like, but it may hurt you a significantly. On the other hand even if you agree to a return, she may still leave a negative. did you check her feedback profile? You need to check if she is also a seller, maybe a competitor and what kind of feedback has she left in the past. You can check it on www.toolhaus.org.

I am so happy for your help and support. The buyer clearly must be new and had 0 feedback. She didn't ask any questions before ending my auction that had tons of bidders when she did the buy it now option. I don't even feel comfortable allowing a return...might be a bait & switch. I'm so sad. I know the shoes are real!

can anyone suggest any site to identify Loewe Amazona Authenticity??

I've purchased one from Ebay recently, and the it was a fake Amazona.

Seller ignored all my Ebay messages and paypal dispute. So I had to escalate to paypal claim, they require me to get authenticity letter in order to proceed.

How much roughly will it cost for the statement of non-authenticity??

please please help me~~~ thank you!!!
