hi there, Chicago is the closest Chanel boutique for me so I often make a visit. I dealt with Pamela before, and she was very friendly as a person. I talked to Michelle over the phone for several times, and she was willing to locate an item and to answer my many many questions :D

Looking for good sales associate in Vienna, Austria...going there this summer...btw does anyone know if Chanel will ship a bag within the European Union for customers, fee does not matter?? Just wondering incase they do not have what I want while visiting Vienna...Thanks!

I know Chanel boutiques in Europe no longer do international shipping, not sure if within EU is considered "international"?

anyone knows the email address for Michelle in Amsterdam? i've been trying to call her but she's always with a customer! :shocked:

also, if it doesn't work out with Michelle, can anyone recommend me any SA in United States who's willing to locate for me a "nearly impossible" piece and to ship it to me in Wisconsin?

Oh thank you, that helps a lot. Been busy last few weeks and didn't get a chance to get to the store yet, but when I do, I'll make sure to contact the SAs you recommended.

Did u write to him again to ask why he didnt? Dont be so disappointed ..sometimes SAs receive so many emails urs might have gotten lost in his inbox or got sent to junk mail..i dont think he deliberately ignored ur email at all

I disagree Damian might not always check his hotmail as he has so many clients also he doesn't work everyday you should allow him some time to go look for the things you want. I bought a J12 off him and have kept in contact re other items he always replies but it may take from 24 hrs to several days depending on his workload....be a little patient some SAs are in demand after all
