Recommendation for a nice black bag

Black bag meant for work, prefably more structured, mid-size. Hand-held is ok, best if can sling onto shoulders as well or have the 'legs' at the botton so that the base of the bag won't b dirtied easily. Budget ard usd1K-1.3K.

Pls help!

Can you browse a website like eLuxury or Neiman Marcus--it's a good way to get ideas. Almost every maker must have something that would fit the bill for you. Look at Tod's bags on those sites--very classic and excellent leather.
