um, platinum, I'm not sure why you'd call nevgirl new? She's been here 2 years longer than you have. . . . clearly how long someone has been here is COMPLETELY irrelevant and nothing irritates me more than when members try and use a seniority card here.

I'm unbiased and I feel you need to calm down. Maybe a break from this thread would be healthy?

I apologise, i step away from this thread now, infact i would be happy if it could be closed as there is nothing to be gained from squabbling on it, and i didn't try to use a seniority card, i just meant that i feel a part of the community as have been so involved these past 2 months whereas the other user seems to just post occasionally (and not very nicely) but NVM, i just am shocked that it is seen as acceptable to come on a thread and bash the OP, i just didn't think there was any need for it and it was something i personally wouldn't do, again i am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, i truly will not mention Shopbop or any other companies name again for fear of upset, thanks :D
 
This thread is getting catty, there are many other Shopbop threads out there and I think since this issue has been resolved, it should be closed.
I've experienced good and bad CS from Shopbop and it certainly isn't perfect, but I think this thread is just pointless. Platinum was venting about bad service because she was upset, CS dealt with it, we can all move on now..

Just like to update this thread to say that i ended up dealing with a very nice salesperson at Shopbop via e-mail communication who was very co-operative and kindly refunded me all of the funds that i paid out and i returned the bag to them, i have now bought the Rocco from elsewhere and am pleased, i am glad that Shopbop got it together in the end after a rocky start, i MAY be willing now to shop with them again and to give them another chance knowing that they work hard to resolve buyers complaints.
