I have seen calfskin, suede (lighter and slouchy) & patent leather (stiffer & more boxy).
There is a shoulder strap & a double top handle so you can wear it multiple ways.
I have a black patent with goldtone hardware, lined in the softest calfskin, and it is beyond beautiful. I get so many compliments whenever I carry it.

Just be aware that if you close the front clasp & the buckles it can be a bit of a pain to undo, so often I just close the clasp.
There's now a smaller cream one for summer that looks so stunning online.

They are beautiful bags, I’ve seen then in different color, but now with the preloved industry, I feel I should be able to buy one at a good price versus the 3,000dls price tag.. I’ll keep searching for that perfect Ricky bag... I’ve seen them on YouTube and they look soooo Smooth with the leathers... I wonder if it’s heavy??

Ok, so last night I won a Ricky 33 in calfskin, I want to say in a burgundy color with the strap.... I’m so excited! Finally my own Ricky! Since 2007 I’ve had my eye on it, but never pulled the trigger till nw. I think it’s going to be a classic piece.

congrats!!! You will love it. I have a mini ricky in the bordeaux color and it's just stunning. You can see it in my profile photo.

It look me quite some time to find this purple color in the mini Ricky size. Though I did find two other purple Rickys (a mini and a 33) before this one, but I wasn’t fond of their price/condition. I scored this one on eBay for a very good deal. I will say that the leather isn’t nearly as soft and supple as the other Rickys I’ve felt. When I received this one, the leather was incredibly stiff. However, I’ve been using my favorite leather conditioner on it and it’s has softened up very nicely! I don’t think this bag was ever used much and was just simply stored away.

Hi,
I have a Ricky bag (size 40) in the more stiff leather and it has a strong leather smell and has the leather tag inside the pocket that has the serial number and season (FA 14). I just got a soft Ricky 33 in bright blue/green from The Real Real. The leather is very soft but has no leather smell. It also does not have a tag in the pocket. Does anyone know if all ricky bags have that tag?

My ricky 33 has the tag in the pocket but I had to really pull the pocket open and grab a flashlight to find it. Out of all of my ricky's the 33 was the hardest to read

Thanks for getting back to me! This bag definitely has no tag. Real Real is letting me send it back. I'm so disappointed because I loved this color.
