I picked up mine from Beijing in 2011 - a baby blue bubble bucket bag (whoops - alliteration!)

The leather is fantastic and the lining's cloth so it does not look cheap at all. I paid 1580RMB - so roughly 11000 Philippines pesos but worth every centavo

the only thing I don't like about this brand is sometimes the leather in one bag doesn't match, one side is grainier than the other and it is very obvious. they obviously piece together the bag from two to 4 pieces of leather of the same colour but neglect matching the leathers' textures as well.

Rabeanco has opened its first branch just last February here in our country. I've seen bloggers rave about it but was only able to visit their store last night! I was immediately drawn to this orange bag, which I later on learned is called Blithe.

The SA told me that Rabeanco is an Italian brand using Italian leather. Their bags are made in HK. I wouldn't mind it being made anywhere else in the world because the craftsmanship (at least on this bag because it was the only one I got to inspect) is highly commendable! And the leather? Oh so smooshy! And for the price of about US$ 180+, not bad.

Now, I have a question. Since some of the bags I saw in the store are more or less "frankenstein" versions of famous bags, does this orange bag remind you of anything? I'm not so familiar with the bag designs of most luxury brands. I'm just curious here if they were "inspired" by another high-end designer bag.

I reserved this bag so I can sleep over it first. And to be honest, I haven't been sleeping that much thinking of this bag!

I just bought a gorgeous, royal blue, Italian leather, Rabeanco backpack with a perforated, outer, zip pouch. The bag can be converted to 3 different bags. The company is a fusion of Hong Kong and Milan.

I was first in their boutique last year as the first boutique that opened, here in the U.S., is in the Westfield Mall, Arcadia (next to Pasadena). After opening that one, they opened one in Beverly Hills on Beverly Drive and there's one up in Santa Clara, near San Jose. There are only 3 Rabeanco boutiques in the U.S. and all are here in California. They are beautiful bags and within a decent price point. And since backpacks are to be all the craze this year, I'm really happy that I found the one that I just bought. It must be a very new model as I can't even find a photo of it online.

Just want to share 1 of my 3 Rabeancos. I sourced them all from ebay. Too bad we do not have or I just have no idea if we have a Rabeanco boutique here. But anyways, I'm lovin' my big black Rab now. She's been my daily companion in a week now

thanks! it is really nice quality for the price. I haven't been able to match the quality at this price.

I bought it in store actually, I'm living in hong kong so there's 7 shops within a quick subway ride.

I love Rabeanco bags too! But here in my country, there's no boutique or any store carrying them that's why I always buy mine online (ebay). I have 4 now in my collection. The leather is TDF and so is the price! Here's my latest addition (with a LV cles as its bag charm):

it's probably cheaper second-hand on ebay anyway (at least the ones I saw)? the way you customized it is really neat! is the metal circle thing also something you added, or something the bag came with? can't read the logo from here. I'm still searching for a charm to add to mine!

Yup, the round metal hang tag came with the bag just like yours came with but in rectangular shape. I think newer Rabeanco bags sport the rectangular hang tags Have fun in finding the perfect bag charm! It gives our bags our own little personal touch!

haha, you know it! had the little guy tucked into a drawer for ages, finally found a place to hang him.

god, I love this bag more than I thought I could love a bag. I just want to cuddle it all day. so roomy, but not too big. and enough compartments to sort stuff. the bottom is adjustable so I can make it a 'rounder' or 'squashier' bag. it hangs comfortably off either shoulder, there are no obvious logos anywhere so I don't feel like I'm advertising a brand, I smile every time I catch a glimpse of it in a mirror. it's a little crazy.

I feel like rabeanco is some really well-kept secret, lol. at that price, THIS quality?! can't believe everyone else isn't on to this! then again, their online catalogue is so incomplete and unhelpful. wish they'd fix their site!!
