Quick opinion needed: Which one should I choose?

I'm gonna break my ban again! I'm torn between these 2 listings:

Which one in your opinion is in a better condition? Plus, which color is better? I already have 2 black vintage flaps and 1 red reissue. I do love black for its versatility, but am not sure if dark brown is as versatile?

Pls advise, thanks a million!!!

Both seem to be in excellent condition as described. The Malleries listing is cheaper obviously. I would go for the black. Although I think brown would be a better addition to your collection.

I personally like Chanel in black, but since you have 2 black vintage purses, perhaps a brown?
The brown bag is in like new condition and comes complete (box, dust bag, card, booklet).

This is what the seller wrote with regards to the black bag:

"This bag was originally purchased in 1996 and was used for about a year, and then stored. The condition is very good to excellent so a B+ level in our opinion. This is NOT a new bag.

As with any used bag, there will be superficial marks on the hardware, inevitable, even if used just one time.

The CCs hardware on the front of the bag are bright and shiny.

The chains hardware on the back are more a matte finish, not as shiny, but are in good shape with no color loss.

Sorry about the flash on the letters inside. The letters are not washed out. This is a leather lined bag, so there are wrinkles to leather inside. Inside is very clean, and not scratched up."

The photos are really not too clear.

I'm leaning towards getting the brown one, because I'm very particular about the condition of the bag. But, do you think brown is less versatile, compared to blacK?
