SANDC- thanks for the info. I like just the plain leather with gold hardware and I think it only comes in EW medium and large... not too sure about it though.
I will check them out at the store one more time before buying it.
I have the big quilted red NS, it is pretty light weight and comfy to carry. The inside is well done. Now I am tempted to get the new EW med. satchel in the new distressed leather, I want to see it in person, no one around here has it yet. I love the Hamiltons look, and great colors and variety
After days of debating which bag to get, I finally ordered the luggage with gold hw from Macy. It will be arriving in 3-6 days but may take longer since I live in Hawaii, it's def worth the wait....I can't wait to see it

I checked our local MK store and the new colors arrived just today. The distressed color is nice (not so crazy about it though).I'm more leaning into the Claret one. I bought the luggage with gold hw since I have the wallet and shoes to match it with
I have two. 1 XL in Peanut or Luggage...I think its peanut and L NS in Sand (python print) and I NEVER use the large because the size does not compliment my frame and i didnt know that until my order arrived at my door. Oh well. lol
The XL Hammy is by far my favorite Kors bag. I use it as an everyday bag in my purse rotation. It can go over the shoulder, cross body, forearm, hand, whatever, so its not in the way when out and about

The distressed has more of a gold/orange tone. The picture on the MK website looked darker IRL. I also noticed that the distressed vary by bag, so I guess it's better to buy it in person than online.
I may be wrong coz I didn't pay much attention to it, my eyes were glued on Claret and Slate Hamilton
Anyway, we have our own preferences, for others, distressed can be appealing, but it's not just my fave. :shame:
I was afraid the distressed would be too orange. I saw the wallets and they were too orange for my liking. I agree completely, that would be a bag to choose in person due to the variations. I'm more excited about the claret now! I saw the slate Hamilton also, gorgeous bag! Did you see it in the smooth leather?

Did you happen to see the purple colored one?
I was curious what kind of leather is used to make this bag, so I emailed their CS well I guess o stumped them and they don't know lol. So they are sending my question to their manufacturing dept. When I find out I'll post the info here I just think it's kind of funny I can't believe they haven't been asked that before.
Debpie -- I didn't see Slate in smooth leather. It only came in croc pattern at my MK store. Their catalog doesn't show it either.
pandorabox - I didn't see their purple ones... I wish I did, that's my fave color. I'd be torn between Purple and Claret.
I bought the mini one last year, it's the smallest size available that could be worn crossbody with a removable strap. I bought it in black with silver hardware. I bought it to wear with dresses in the summer so that I have somewhere to keep my phone and wallet.
