Question about Small Sterling Silver Hoop Earrings

Just called Coach and they don't have measurements on style 94138- the small sterling silver hoop earrings. They appear to be "huggie" style, but I ordered some others listed as "small" and they were bigger than I thought they'd be. Does anyone have these? My local stores does not carry them.

They did say they were less than 1 inch, but I am hoping they "hug" the ear. Like don't hang down very far at all. Do you know if they actually hang down past the earlobe?
