question about ordering bags

hi everyone,
I have had my eye on the Kristen line since it came out on the website, but I'm in Canada and none of the boutiques near me carry it. The SA said I could order one, but I'm a little uneasy about buying a bag without trying it on and looking at the colors IRL. If you order a bag into your store, can you still return it if you don't like it? Have any of you done this? thanks!

You can return the bag! And if in your home still undecided just try to keep the tags on and won' t be a problem.

This is how I got my Copper Maggie, someone ordered it and thought it was too big for her when she saw it IRL,
I just happen to be standing there. I grabbed it up, I think it is perfect !!
you are paying good money, you should love it IRL to keep it
