Question about Kate Spade handbags.

My mom's in the market for a new handbag, and we were possibly thinking about the Kate Spade Bexley leather Maddox. We were just wondering if you would be able to carry this bag on the shoulder?

I don't think there is any sure fire way to tell unless she tries it on. A lot of bags that others claim they can't wear on their shoulder fit on my shoulder fine and I am not super skinny. Can she go try one on somewhere?

We're located in Germany - so it's not really possible since I don't think Kate Spade is available anywhere around here :\\

I actually own the Bexley larger tote and yes, it fits over the shoulder. For reference, here's a picture (sorry if it's large) of my KS collection:

The Bexley is the turquoise-colored bag. I think it's the Rue tote.
